The Human Rights Foundation (HRF), Freedom Now, and the Lantos Foundation for Human Rights & Justice submitted a joint complaint to the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (WGAD) on behalf of detained Rwandan opposition leader Victoire Ingabire.
