The briefs draw on insights from HRF’s Beyond Borders: Youth Resilience Against the Chinese Communist Party workshop, which brought together 30 young activists from the Uyghur, Hong Kong, Tibetan, Chinese, Southern Mongolian, and Taiwanese communities.

HRF’s workshop reaffirmed the indispensable role that young advocates play in shaping diaspora- and exile-centered policy responses. We hope these briefs serve as a timely resource for policymakers, practitioners, and civil society partners to counter transnational repression.
