Alexia Tovar Garcia is a program associate for the Freedom Fellowship and Online Activist Academy. Tovar Garcia completed her first and second years of college in Paris, France, at the American University of Paris before transferring to American University in Washington, DC, where she received her bachelor’s in international studies, with a focus on the global economy.
