Chiara-Lou Parriaud is a legal and policy researcher at the Human Rights Foundation (HRF). Under the supervision of HRF’s international legal associates, Parriaud drafts legal submissions to the United Nations human rights mechanisms to free political dissidents arbitrarily detained in authoritarian regimes. She also conducts research to advance HRF’s Impact Litigation Program. Before joining HRF, Parriaud graduated from the Sciences Po – Columbia Dual BA program, specializing in Politics, Government and Human Rights. During her time at Columbia, she interned at HRF as a legal and policy intern.
