Job Overview
The Senior Designer develops and delivers visual projects for the Human Rights Foundation. Working under the guidance of the Creative Director, the Senior Designer leads design projects from concept through completion, while providing design direction, mentorship, and guidance to junior members of the creative team as needed. The Senior Designer ensures that all creative outputs align with HRF’s mission, strategy, brand, and design standards.
The role combines concept development and ideation with hands-on design execution, mentorship, and cross-departmental collaboration to maintain a cohesive, impactful, and high-quality brand presence across all HRF touchpoints.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
