HRF invites you to Silenced Voices: Artists Defying Repression

On Sept. 18 and 19, while the representatives of Latin America’s most brutal dictatorships meet at the UN General Assembly, the Human Rights Foundation (HRF), in partnership with Freedom House and other organizations, will host a special art exhibition and event series at New York City’s Blue Gallery (222 E. 46th St.) honoring the political prisoners and victims of repression in Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

Silenced Voices Art Exhibition

The program will include traditional and multimedia art pieces and performances that capture political imprisonment, infringed fundamental freedoms, and human rights violations in each country. Note: These events will be held in Spanish.

Freedom House se complace en invitarle a nuestra exposición de arte Voces Silenciadas, una experiencia de inmersión en una galería de arte donde convergen las expresiones creativas de artistas y defensores de los derechos humanos de Cuba, Nicaragua y Venezuela.
