Ana Babovic is a senior executive with extensive experience developing people, organizations, and campaigns. Ana began her career as an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia in charge of European Integration. She left the government to build a grassroots movement for change, “Serbia on the Move,” which she co-founded. Ana led several national campaigns engaging thousands of citizens, introducing innovative tools for increasing transparency and accountability, and creating opinion shifts and policy changes in anti-corruption, health care, labor rights of women, and others.
She went to Harvard to deepen her knowledge of leadership, management, and decision-making. During her time there, Ana was Assistant Professor and Head of the Teaching Team with Professor Marshall Ganz, where she taught and managed leadership courses focused on Public Narrative and Organizing.
In 2017, Ana took the lead and launched the Leading Change Network, one of the largest global networks of social movement leaders committed to developing leadership and organizations needed to shape the emerging world.
Ana also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Sciences Po, Paris School of International Affairs, teaching the class “Advocacy & Organizing: Building power for change.”
