Hugene T. Fields is HRF’s director of finance. He brings more than 15 years of experience leading financial strategy, compliance, and organizational growth across the nonprofit sector. He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from North Carolina A&T State University. As a former auditor, Fields has conducted engagements in more than 25 countries across Africa and Asia and co-authored a piece called “Generational Viewpoints: All Around the World” in Accounting Today.
