Victoria Specht is the event operations coordinator, managing the logistics behind HRF’s global events. She coordinates with vendors, oversees production materials, and streamlines cross-team planning to ensure seamless execution. Prior to joining HRF, she held roles as a logistics coordinator at Helicopter Flight Services in New York and as a community engagement supervisor at the Boston Centers for Youth and Families, where she led over 50 public programs focused on youth empowerment. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in media communications from Northeastern University, with minors in emerging markets and global social entrepreneurship.
