Daria Pozharko is an HR and operations coordinator at the Human Rights Foundation, where she provides administrative and operational support to the team. She supports human resources, overseeing employee record maintenance, payroll processing, benefits administration, and Oslo Freedom Forum logistics. Pozharko has more than five years of professional experience in operations and holds a bachelor’s in management from KNEU in Ukraine.
