Grace is a development coordinator at the Human Rights Foundation (HRF), where she supports development team’s fundraising efforts, donor stewardship, grant management, research and prospecting, and communications. Spalding-Fecher graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and French, where she led their chapter of Amnesty International. While at Tufts, she interned through HRF’s Oslo Scholars program with One Day Seyoum and attended OFF 2021 in Miami.
