Tara Everton is a communications manager at the Human Rights Foundation (HRF), where she manages all external communications and press strategies, supporting the organization’s advocacy campaigns and the annual Oslo Freedom Forum. Before joining HRF, Everton graduated with highest honors from the University of California, Berkeley, earning a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in human rights interdisciplinary studies.
