Liz Shelbred is the development communications manager at the Human Rights Foundation (HRF), where she supports the organization’s fundraising efforts by assisting with donor stewardship, prospecting, grant management, and communication efforts. Before joining HRF, Shelbred graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and civic studies. There, she interned for the Albert Einstein Institution through HRF’s Oslo Scholar program.
