Tahlia Edgar-Chalker is a Video Producer, leading and supporting video and multimedia initiatives across the organization. Her work spans end-to-end video production for global events, digital campaigns, and social-first video content across HRF’s programs and initiatives. She graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media Production and International Development, where she produced and edited award-winning short films focused on film as a tool for social change.
