Gayle Karen Young is a technologist, human rights advocate, leadership, adult, organizational development expert, and the former chief Talent and Culture Officer at the Wikimedia Foundation. She held the title until early 2015, when she joined Cultivating Leadership.

Young has a rich organizational consulting background with corporate and nonprofit clients. She consults senior leaders on personal development and organizational culture and helps them create dynamic organizational cultures in which people can thrive and thus make greater contributions.
