Caitlin is an attorney with experience in international human rights and private practice. Prior to joining HRF, she was an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, where she worked on complex regulatory and transactional matters. She earned her Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law and studied international legal studies at Korea University School of Law. During law school, she assisted asylum seekers and individuals applying for U.S. citizenship through the Immigration Clinic. She also gained early experience through internships with the United States House Committee on the Judiciary and with the human rights organization Forum 2000 in Prague, founded by former Czech President Václav Havel.
