Lilian Tintori

Venezuelan Human Rights Activist, Director of the WLC Political Prisoners Support Team

Lillian Tintori conducts business coaching at IESE Business School in Madrid and serves as a coach for leaders of the Human Rights Foundation. Following the imprisonment of her husband in Venezuela in 2014, she became a prominent advocate on the global stage, meeting with world leaders and organizations to demand his release and that of all political prisoners in Venezuela and around the world. In 2022, Tintori founded Free Them, the political prisoner program at the World Liberty Congress. The program is based on Pathway to Freedom, a handbook written by a group of interdisciplinary experts and directed by Tintori to assist families of political prisoners and empower them with tools to secure the release of their loved ones. She also developed “Tu Voluntad para Seguir” (“Your Will to Continue”), a program designed to empower activists and leaders in Venezuela and beyond by providing emotional support and enhancing mental health.
