Michelle Gulino is Vice President, Legal & Advocacy at the Human Rights Foundation (HRF), where she oversees a core portfolio of the organizationтАЩs legal, programmatic, and advocacy initiatives and leads program curation for HRFтАЩs flagship conference, the Oslo Freedom Forum. Gulino previously worked on development and advocacy issues pertaining to international womenтАЩs human rights across Sub-Saharan Africa and provided direct relief services for trafficking survivors. She holds a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, a masterтАЩs degree from the University of St Andrews, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a double bachelorтАЩs degree from Johns Hopkins University. GulinoтАЩs opinions have been featured in international media outlets, including The Washington Post, BBC, The Independent, and CNN. She has served as a guest speaker on matters ranging from humanitarian crises in Africa to the KremlinтАЩs political prisoners.
