Nolwenn Mahé is an Africa legal and policy consultant, focusing on research, advocacy, and network-building across Africa, particularly in Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries. She also leads the Celebrities & Dictators program, encouraging public figures to stand in solidarity with those living under authoritarian regimes. Prior to joining HRF, Mahé worked with human rights NGOs focused on Equatorial Guinea, organized climate action initiatives with African non-state actors and contributed to French foreign cultural cooperation at the Institut Français in Paris. She holds a Master’s degree in International Governance and Diplomacy from the Paris Institute of Political Science (Sciences Po).
