NEW YORK (July 23, 2026) — Last week, the Human Rights Foundation (HRF) submitted a formal contribution to the United Nations Human Rights Council’s Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of Sudan, as well as a joint submission for Syria with the Syria Justice and Accountability Centre (SJAC).
