Kateryna Meshcheriakova is HRF’s office manager, providing key administrative, operational, and logistical support. She earned a bachelor’s in business management from Rutgers and a master’s in international affairs, specializing in economics and development, from George Washington University. Before HRF, Kate gained experience as an operations and marketing coordinator at Universal Processing, a marketing and communications researcher at The Conference Board, and through internships at the United Nations DESA & FSDO and Nobel-winning NGO The Center for Civil Liberties in Kyiv, Ukraine.
