Kaitie Holland is an international legal associate at the Human Rights Foundation, focusing on impact litigation. Kaitie previously worked as an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, where she focused on litigation and international arbitration matters. She earned her JD from NYU Law School and holds a master’s in international studies and global development from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to her time at Freshfields, Kaitie worked with the Clooney Foundation for Justice, UNHCR, and the Permanent Mission of the Maldives to the United Nations. She also served as the editor-in-chief of NYU’s Journal of International Law and Politics and hosted the Journal’s 27th Annual International Law Symposium, which centered on the state of international criminal law.
